Modern Pre Teen (Monday 6:30pm - 7:30pm)

Modern is a specific style of dance that is free form and stems from the core, or torso, of the body and uses elements like contract-release, floor work, fall and recovery, and improvisation. Modern - Contemporary is a fusion of ballet, jazz, and modern dance, a collaborative style that may include all the above elements.
